The AI Mail

The AI Mail は、Gmail の受信トレイを、端末の中の AI で自動で仕分ける、iPhone・iPad・Mac 用のメールアプリです。メールを全部読まなくても、対応が要るものだけを片付けられるようにします。

できること

3 つに仕分ける：届いたメールを「対応が要る」「目を通す」「片付けた」に分けます。返信や作業が要るメールには、要約・やること・期限を添えて並べます。
メルマガ・通知を片付ける：メルマガや通知は「片付けた」に入れます。最初は Gmail の受信トレイに残したまま、仕分けのラベルだけを付けます。「自動で片付ける」をオンにすると、受信トレイに残っている「片付けた」のメールと、その後に届く片付けるメールをアーカイブします。この設定は、同じアカウントのほかの端末にも反映されます。アーカイブしたメールはいつでも受信トレイに戻せます。
直すと覚える：仕分けを「対応が要るに移す」「目を通すだけにする」「次から片付ける」で直すと、似たメールを次から同じように仕分けます。
配信の見直し：直近 90 日に届いた数と開いた割合で配信元を並べ、ボタン 1 つで配信を解除できます。送信元ごとに、届いたメールをまとめてゴミ箱へ移すこともできます。
複数のアカウント：Gmail のアカウントをいくつも追加して切り替えられます。
端末のあいだで共有：同じ Apple アカウントの Mac・iPhone・iPad で、仕分けの結果と直した例を共有します。

Google のデータを使う理由

本アプリは、Gmail のメールを読み、仕分け、アーカイブ・ラベル・ゴミ箱への移動・配信の解除を行うために、Google のログイン画面で利用者の許可（Gmail の閲覧・変更）を求めます。名前とプロフィール写真は、アカウントを切り替える画面に出すために使います。

メールの内容は、開発者のサーバーにも、クラウドの AI にも送りません。開発者のサーバーは無く、仕分けと要約はすべて端末の中で行います。仕分けの結果・要約・直した例は、利用者ご自身の iCloud に保存して、端末のあいだで共有します。Google から受け取った情報の扱いは、プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

AI による仕分けと要約は、Apple Intelligence に対応した機種で、設定がオンのときに使えます。
Gmail のアカウントが要ります。

About The AI Mail (English)

The AI Mail is a mail app for iPhone, iPad and Mac that sorts your Gmail inbox with AI running on your device. It puts each message into "Needs action", "Worth a look" or "Cleared", shows summaries, to-dos and deadlines for mail that needs a reply or work, clears newsletters and notifications (they stay in your inbox with a label until you turn on automatic clearing, which then archives them), and lists your subscriptions so you can unsubscribe with one button.

The App asks for permission to read and modify your Gmail so it can read, sort, archive, label and trash your mail and send unsubscribe requests, and for your name and profile photo to show them on the account switcher. Your mail is never sent to the developer or to a cloud AI service: there is no developer server, and all sorting and summarizing happens on your device. How each message was sorted, its summary and your corrections are stored in your own iCloud so your devices share them. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
